When you get that nice V-shape on your back, it creates width up top making your lower back appear smaller — and I am here for it! I usually gravitate toward machines but on this particular day, I decided to incorporate some barbells and cables.

Changing it up keeps my body challenged and is great for breaking through plateaus. When working out back, posture is extremely important. Not only will it allow you to target the specific muscle you’re intending to workout, but it can prevent injuries.
