It’s been hard knowing that my work-from-home situation is over — I’ll definitely miss the no-makeup days. So when I’m at the office I like something not too heavy like It Cosmestics full coverage moisturizer. One of the many reasons I love It Cosmetics Bye Bye Foundation.
I also have a love/hate relationship with SPF and my makeup because of my oily skin. I know I need to apply SPF daily (more on the importance of SPF here), but sometimes it doesn’t sit well with my foundation or it would make my skin extra shiny.

Another reason to love this product, it contains broad-spectrum SPF 50 so it gives me that extra sun protection I’m after. Because it’s hard to measure if you’re actually getting the full SPF coverage based on how much product you apply; I make sure to add a layer of my go-to sunscreen underneath.

It Cosmetics’ Bye Bye Foundation Review
I purchased It Cosmetics Bye Bye Foundation at Ulta for about $40. It contains two physical sunscreen barriers, Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide. Like all sunscreens, you want to apply it at least 15 minutes before sun exposure.
What’s special about It Cosmetics Bye Bye Foundation is its 3D Skin Flex Technology which helps prevent caking and creasing on your face.
According to It Cosmetics, the proprietary 3D Skin Flex™ Technology, the hydrating color-infused moisturizer provides smooth, flexible pure color pigments that float over lines and wrinkles and feel like nothing on your skin, but cover everything without creasing or cracking. Ideal for all skin types, it also features 7 key fermented ingredients to increase the absorption and efficacy of your skincare, plus bioluminescence and diamond powder for subtle radiance without glitter or shimmer.

This product comes in 12 shades; I purchased fair light. The product goes on smooth and blends greatly with my skin. I also noticed that it did not oxidize; a big problem for us girls with oily skin. It set great and didn’t crease into my fine lines and wrinkles.
It also minimized the large pores on my T-zone, which is great news. Although it didn’t completely hide them, a pore-minimizing primer may do the trick. This primer is great for large pores.

Also, you want to reapply sunscreen throughout the day for maximum benefit and protection. I usually don’t like to reapply any liquid makeup or sun protection after I’ve done my face. That’s why I’m so happy I came across Supergoop’s Invincible Setting Powder. It has SPF 45 and comes in a case with applicator so you can just throw it in your bag and reapply throughout the day.
Here’s a quick video of an easy and minimal makeup look featuring It Cosmetics’ Bye Bye Foundation.
Thanks for the recommendation. I’m not familiar with this brand but I’m always looking for good foundations with sunscreen protection.
Should try it!! Thanks!!
